Customer portals, dashboards and internal tools. React and Next.js on a TypeScript codebase.
Custom Software Development
Web and mobile apps, internal platforms, portals and APIs — built in whatever stack you already run. We build with AI assistance, so a first release takes weeks, not quarters.
What we build
Some of what we have built. Ask about anything you do not see here.
iOS and Android, built and tested on real devices rather than simulators alone.
Service desks, case management, approval workflows and policy engines — the tools a department lives in all day.
REST services, and connections into core banking, vendor APIs, document stores and identity providers.
The screens your staff use: user management, permissions, bulk operations, exports and audit views.
Scheduled reports, regulatory returns and live dashboards built against your systems of record.
Intake, OCR, classification, routing and approval — for the processes currently running on email and a shared folder.
Replacing a spreadsheet, an Access database or an unmaintained system, without a big-bang cutover.
Three ways to work with us
Defined build
A specified system, a fixed price and a date. Best when the requirements are genuinely settled — we will say if they are not.
Monthly
Two to five engineers working inside your process and your standups, for as long as the roadmap needs them.
Inherited
You have a system somebody left behind. We read it, document it, stabilise it, then extend it.
How a build runs
Six to twelve weeks to a first release, in four stages.
-
Shape it — 1 to 2 weeks
We sit with the people who will use it, write down the process as it actually runs, and agree what the first release contains and what it deliberately does not.
Scope before estimate -
Build in the open — 4 to 8 weeks
Two-week iterations with something working at the end of each. We use AI assistance heavily in the build, which is most of why that cadence holds — you see it running on your data rather than in a status report.
Working software fortnightly -
Integrate carefully
Connections to systems of record start read-only. Writes come later, through a small number of named operations, each logged against the case that caused it. This is the part that earns your architecture review.
Read first, write narrowly -
Hand over properly
Repository, deployment, credentials and runbook are yours from day one, not at the end. Your engineers get a walkthrough, not a zip file.
No lock-in
Questions we get asked
You do, from the first commit. It is in your repository, under your account, and you can take it in-house whenever you want.
Yes — most of our work is alongside an in-house team rather than instead of one. We join your standups and your review process.
They will. Fixed-scope work has a written change process; a dedicated team simply re-prioritises at the next iteration.
If you want it. Otherwise we hand over and stop — a retainer you do not need is not a service.
Rarely bought on its own.
Most teams need two or three of these together. Take the layer you are missing, or the whole stack.
Build agents that complete real work end to end — read the case, apply your policy, take the action and record why. Not chatbots that answer questions about the work.

Half an hour, no deck. Describe the process and we will come back with whether it is worth automating, roughly what it would take, and what we would build first — or tell you plainly if it is not a job for us.
