Watchlist, sanctions and transaction monitoring alerts reviewed, obvious false matches cleared, the rest passed on with the case assembled.
AI Agent Development
Software that does the work end to end — reads the case, applies your policy, takes the action and records why. Built on your data, behind your approvals, usually live in weeks.

What we build
Some of the agents we have shipped. Ask about anything you do not see here.
Letters, forms and scans read and understood — entities extracted, verified against your systems, routed to the right queue.
Staff questions answered strictly from your approved documents, with the source attached and nothing invented.
The gathering done before a decision: history, prior rulings, related cases, all in one file for whoever decides.
Replies, response packs and regulatory submissions drafted to your templates, for a person to review and send.
Structured data pulled out of unstructured sources — PDFs, emails, statements — and written where it belongs.
Recurring reports assembled from source, reconciled and prepared, so month-end stops being a scramble.
Ticket triage, routing and first-line resolution for IT, HR and operations desks.
An agent does the work. A chatbot talks about it.
Someone asks a question, it replies with text, and they go and do the work themselves in the same systems as before. Nothing leaves anyone’s desk.
A case arrives. It gathers what it needs, applies the written procedure, prepares or takes the action, and routes anything unusual to a person. The queue gets shorter.
How we build one
Six to eight weeks for a first agent, in four stages.
-
Write down the job
We sit with the people doing it and record every step, including the ones missing from the procedure document. Often the first accurate write-up the process has had.
Process before model -
Give it narrow tools
An agent can only do what its tools allow. We build a small, explicit set — look up a customer, read a document, draft a reply — and nothing beyond them.
Named operations only -
Keep your policy in text
The rules stay in plain language your compliance officer can read and change. Not inside a model, not inside our code.
Your rules stay yours -
Decide where a human stands
Every agent has points where it stops and asks. Those are set with your risk team and enforced by the system, not promised in a document.
Approval designed in
Questions we get asked
Only if you decide it should, per process. Most start by drafting or recommending, with a person committing the decision.
Every decision is logged with what it saw and which rule it applied, so it can be reviewed. One switch puts the queue back to manual.
Not to start. Early work runs read-only, and on a sample where that is easier for you.
You do — the code, the prompts and the rules, in your repository from the first commit.
Rarely bought on its own.
Most teams need two or three of these together. Take the layer you are missing, or the whole stack.
Prove how an AI system behaves before it goes live, and keep proving it afterwards. Evaluation suites, adversarial testing and drift monitoring built from your own cases.
