Why us

Most AI pilots die in the sandbox.

Ours reach production, because we treat assurance as architecture rather than as a phase at the end. That discipline is the whole reason we exist.

How an engagement runs

Five stages. The fourth is the one most agencies skip.

Anyone can get to stage two. What decides whether an agent survives contact with a real business is everything after it.

  1. Discover

We map the process as it runs today, score the candidates and name the first agent worth building.

    Process before model
  2. Build

Agents, tools and orchestration — shipped in weeks rather than quarters, against a spec written as evals.

    We ship, then prove
  3. Integrate

Core banking, ledgers, screening vendors and identity, wired in without a rip-and-replace.

    Regulated by default
  4. Prove

Evals, red-teaming and replayable traces before the agent ever touches a customer or a ledger.

    QA is our foundation
  5. Run

Monitor, improve, hand over. Your code, your infrastructure, your model contracts — always.

    Senior, small, embedded
Track record

We were doing the unglamorous half of this long before agents.

Assertica grew out of a test engineering practice. That is not a footnote — it is why we can tell you what an agent will do before you let it act.

How we work

Five principles we do not negotiate on.

  1. Start with the process, not the model

The interesting question is never which model. It is which decision, made by whom, against which policy, and what happens when it is wrong.

  2. Ship supervised before autonomous

Every agent runs with a human checkpoint first. Autonomy is earned by an eval record, not granted on day one.

  3. Every action leaves a trace

Sources, policy clauses, tool calls, model version. If it cannot be explained afterwards, it does not go to production.

  4. Evals are the spec

We agree what good looks like as a test set before we build. It is the only honest way to argue about a non-deterministic system.

  5. Hand over, don't lock in

Your code, your infrastructure, your model contracts. We are useful because you keep us, not because you cannot leave.

Where we go deepest

Financial services first — but the discipline travels.

Anywhere a wrong answer is expensive and someone eventually asks how the decision was made.

Compliance & back office

Banking

Core operations, compliance reporting, service desk and back-office automation for retail and microfinance institutions.

Origination & servicing

Lending

Application intake, risk scoring, credit memos and collections across digital lending pipelines.

Clinical & claims

Insurance & health

Claims triage, clinical data capture and HIPAA-grade evidence for regulated health platforms.

Ledger integrity

Payments

Reconciliation, dispute handling and transaction monitoring where the ledger has to balance.

Bring us the process nobody wants to own.

The messy, high-volume, judgement-heavy workflow sitting in someone's inbox. That is usually the first agent worth building.
